Our technical support representatives are responsible for identifying and resolving client technical concerns and problems by listening to client goals and needs and applying the technical, people, and common sense skills needed to achieve client satisfaction. Individuals in these positions will be expected to provide a full range of IT services and will be held accountable for client satisfaction, efficiency, and personal production while contributing to the overall success of the business.
If you have at least 2-3 years supporting office technology including PCs, servers, network printers, etc…, we would like to talk to you. The more experience the better, of course, but we’re willing to talk if you like troubleshooting, resolving issues, and seeing our clients succeed. Our technical support representatives spend >75% of their time supporting clients remotely or on-site.
- 2-3+ years of IT support experience, preferably in a technology consulting environment.
- A+, Network +, MCITP, and other technology vendor certifications
- Experience in troubleshooting and supporting a Windows environment
- Strong oral/written communication skills to communicate with non-technical clients as well as 3rd party vendors and allow clear and concise documentation of work performed.
- Experience in understanding business challenges and organzational goals and adapting technology solutions to assist clients in achieving those goals.
- A TEAM PLAYER who is self-motivated and self-sufficient.
